I returned a hoodie once because I ordered the wrong size. It was pretty easy, just followed the instructions on their site. Had to pay for shipping back, but they processed the refund quick once they got it.

Yeah, they do! Black Friday and Cyber Monday are usually big. They also do these 'archive sales' sometimes, usually around summer or end of season, where you can find some good deals.

Most of their drops are pretty limited, especially the special collections. Sometimes they'll do a general restock on basics or popular items, but if it was part of a specific 'drop,' it's probably gone for good.

From my experience, they're definitely on the roomier side. I'd say closer to oversized, especially if you like that baggy look. I usually size down one if I want a more standard fit.
